解读：深圳市生育保险政策正式落地

近日，深圳市人力资源和社会保障局印发了《关于实施<广东省职工生育保险规定>有关事项的通知》（简称“《通知》），这也标志着深圳市的生育保险政策正式开始实施。《通知》有以下几点需要注意。

On February 9, 2015, Shenzhen established its own maternity insurance system with the promulgation of the ‘Notice of the Shenzhen Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau on Implementing the Provisions of Guangdong Province on Maternity Insurance for Employees’. The notice stipulates that the employers should pay 1% of the employee’s salary as maternity insurance premium. More detailed stipulations are expected to be issued by the Bureau before April 10 of this year.

１缴费比例为1%

根据《通知》，用人单位按本单位上月职工工资总额的1%按月缴纳生育保险费。该缴费比例达到了《广东省职工生育保险规定》规定的上限，与肇庆市市、清远市的缴费比例相同，但高于潮州市（0.8%）等地。

２配套政策将在今后公布

根据《通知》，关于生育保险的具体征收缴纳、生育待遇项目标准、待遇的申领办法等具体规定预计在60天内（4月10日前）公布。

3《通知》自今年1月1日起实施

尽管《通知》是于2015年2月公布，但其实施时间自2015年1月1日。关于缴费征缴、生育津贴享受等问题还需要今后的配套政策予以明确。
